Kids Night Out Registration - 2026

Please fill out the following information to register your child for Kids Night Out. Once the payment has been received, your child's spot is secured. We will have limited spots available.

I am interested in the following Kids Night Out sessions (check all that apply). The KNO fee is $35/per child for each session from 5:30pm-8:30pm. There is a 5% sibling discount if both children are attending the same session.

Payments are to be made through Venmo @aplaceforwonder

I give permission for APFW to provide emergency care and necessary treatment to my child in an emergency.

Policies and Procedures

Exploration

Before and during each class, boundaries for outdoor exploration will be clearly communicated. Children will always be in direct sight of the teacher. Children who deliberately run from the boundaries or stray from the group after being stopped and reminded of the boundaries more than twice, will stay with the teacher and work to develop ways to mitigate the flight behavior.

Stinging Insects

If a child is stung by an insect, the parent/guardian will be notified. If approved by said parent/guardian, children's Benadryl will be administered if a reaction occurs. A cold compress will be applied as well.

Device Policy

The learning environment for young children should require their mental, emotional, and physical engagement. For this reason, we do not have any screen time or use of electronic devices at our program. These different types of media are known to inhibit natural play and imagination. We want to make sure your child's class is full of physical, emotional, and sensory involvement.

Indemnity Clause

I am fully aware that there are inherent risks to my child involved with activities outdoors and I choose to allow my child to participate in these activities with the full knowledge that these activities may be hazardous to myself or my child. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDEMNITEES from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, injuries (including death), or damages, including court costs and attorney's fees and expenses, which may occur to my child as a result of their participation and conduct in this activity.

Photo Release Form

I grant A Place For Wonder my permission to use photographs and videos of the above named child(ren) for social media purposes. This would be for legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
