After School Programs sign up form

After school programs are available for APFW students, as well as children ages 3-9 years old who do not attend APFW yearly program. After school programs will begin the week of August 17, 2026. They are offered Monday-Thursday from 3:40pm-4:40pm. If you are committing to the entire semester, a $50 material fee is required, and each class is $15/program per week. If your child will be attending inconsistently, it will be $20/class per week. All payments are to be made to the school Venmo account @aplaceforwonder. This form must be completed for your child to join the after school programs.

I understand that pickup for after school programs is 4:40pm, and if my child is still on school campus by 4:45pm, I will be charged an initial late fee of $20 and $1 for every minute after.
