I am fully aware that there are inherent risks to my child involved with activities outdoors and I choose to allow my child to participate in these activities with the full knowledge that these activities may be hazardous to myself or my child. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDEMNITEES from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, injuries (including death), or damages, including court costs and attorney's fees and expenses, which may occur to my child as a result of their participation and conduct in this activity.
I grant A Place For Wonder my permission to use photographs and videos of the above named child for social media purposes. This would be for legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising and web content. Photographs and videos posted will not include the face of any child, name, or information about them.
